Shipping policy

We are a Vancouver shop first. If you are local, picking up or local delivery is usually faster and cheaper than mail.

Pick up in store

Our shop is at 288 E Georgia St, Vancouver, BC V6A 1X6. Choose local pickup at checkout, then book a time that suits you and we will have your order bagged and waiting.

We ask you to book because we are a small, women-owned shop and every order is packed by hand. Some of your orders run 40 and 50 items, which we love, and those take a minute to put together. Booking means it is ready when you walk in. We will email you as soon as it is packed, usually within 2 to 4 days. If you cannot make your slot, just rebook.

Local delivery

We deliver around Metro Vancouver with Trexity. Choose Trexity at checkout and the rate for your address shows before you pay. It is the quickest way to get your order if you are in town and cannot make it to the shop.

Canada wide

$10 flat to anywhere in Canada, insured and tracked. FedEx and DHL rates also show at checkout when they are available for your address. We do not ship outside Canada right now.

How long it takes

Orders are packed within 1 to 7 business days. Once your parcel is on its way you will get an email with a tracking number.

Hold my order

Choosing hold my order at checkout keeps your order with us instead of shipping it right away, so you can keep adding to it. When you are ready, close your bag and we send everything together in one parcel.

Lost or damaged parcels

Everything goes out insured and tracked. If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, email us your order number and photos. We will refund you and file the claim with the carrier ourselves, so you do not have to chase them.
