Payouts + Store Credit ✨
Attention - PAYOUT Requests are now cut off on the 13th of the month. Anything submitted after will be processed the next month. WIth our order volume up we have had shipping carriers loose packages causing refunds. We need time to process each account and make sure you are paid out for all items and correct any mistakes.
Payouts are capped at $250 per payout. Anything over that stays on your account and goes out with your next payout.

When payouts go out
Requested payouts go out on the 20th of every month. To keep things smooth, make sure you use the name on your account when making your request.
- Want a Payout? Let us know the email or PayPal where we should send it.
- There is a $250 maximum per payout. If your balance is higher than that, we send $250 and the remainder stays on your account for the next payout.

Your account totals
- Your totals will show in your vendor account. If you notice a wrong item in your account please let us know. Mistakes can happen. Refunds can happen for mistakes like duplicated listings or wrong size.
Unfortunately shipping companies loose packages. Lost packages by shipping carriers will also result in a refund on your account. We will submit a claim and you will be paid out for the items.
