Attention - PAYOUT Requests are now cut off on the 14th of the month. Anything submitted after will be processed the next month. WIth our order volume up we have had shipping carriers loose packages causing refunds. We need time to process each account and make sure you are paid out for all items and correct any mistakes.

Requested payouts go out on the 20th of every month. To keep things smooth, make sure you use the name on your account when making your request.

Want to use your shop credit? Send us a request and we will send you a digital gift card to use right away. 🎉

• Your totals will show in your vendor account. If you notice a wrong item in your account please let us know. Mistakes can happen. Refunds can happen for mistakes like duplicated listings or wrong size.

Unfortunately shipping companies loose packages. Lost packages by shipping carriers will also result in a refund on your account. We will submit a claim and you will be paid out for the items.
