Request a payout

Payments are sent on the 20th of the month. Please fill out the request.

How payouts work

Payout requests are cut off on the 13th of the month. Anything submitted after will be processed the next month.
Requested payouts go out on the 20th of every month.
Payouts are capped at $250 per payout. Anything over that stays on your account and goes out with your next payout.
Want to use your shop credit? Send in your request and we will send you a digital gift card to use right away.
Your totals show in your vendor account. If you notice a wrong item in your account please let us know. Mistakes can happen, and refunds can happen for mistakes like duplicated listings or wrong size.
Shipping carriers sometimes lose packages. A lost package will show as a refund on your account. We submit a claim and you are paid out for the items.
