At our Kids Consignment Store, each item is a unique, one-of-a-kind piece sourced from our trusted consignment clients. Because of this individuality and the nature of our arrangement with our consignors, all sales are final.

No Returns Policy

  • Final Sale: Every item in our store is a one-of-a-kind consignment, and as such, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds.

  • Consignment Payment: We compensate our consignment clients at the time of sale, which further necessitates a strict no-returns policy.

Damaged or Malfunctioning Items

  • If you receive an item that is damaged, not working, or significantly not as described, please contact us immediately.
